Hello, I am Noora Khammas and I am walking a path where spaces, words, and people meet, shaped by a foundation in architecture, refined through consultancy, expanded through coaching, and deepened through writing and researching education frameworks.

While I began my undergraduate studies in architecture, my curiosity quickly expanded beyond the physicality of space. I became increasingly drawn to how design intersects with the human experience, shaping stories, emotions, and transformation. This curiosity led me into coaching, creative collaboration, and cultural consultancy, where I explored the less tangible, but equally powerful, spaces of personal growth, identity, and meaning. What began as a fascination with built environments evolved into a multidisciplinary career rooted in the belief that design, in all its forms, shapes how we live, connect, and grow.

Yet the true turning point in my journey was not academic or professional, but the experience of motherhood. Walking with my children through their formative years, especially while raising them in a foreign land, I was confronted with questions I could not ignore:
How do I preserve their language in an environment that doesn’t speak it?
How do I nurture their identity when far from their cultural roots? How do I create a living form of education that makes them proud of where they come from, not distanced from it?

These were not just the feelings of a mother; they became the seeds of an educational vision I continue to develop today. Which led me to pursue a Master’s at the University of Edinburgh ‘ Future Institute - Futures of Education, where I am dedicating my efforts to reimagining models of learning that are both future-facing and deeply rooted in the wisdom of our culture and language. For I believe true transformation is like the palm tree: deeply rooted, firmly grounded, aspiring upward, growing with patience, and bearing fruit in every season.
