عملي الاستشاري يقوم على قناعة راسخة: أن المعرفة الإماراتية الأصيلة واللغة العربية والقيم المتوارثة ليست إرثًا يُحفَظ في المتاحف، إنما موارد حيّة لبناء مستقبلٍ ذي معنى. وتبدأ هذه القناعة من الطفولة؛ فالطفل الذي يتعلّم بلغته، ويرى نفسه في حكايات أهله وأرضه، ينشأ قادرًا على التفكير بها، والإسهام في شتّى مجالات الحياة، من اللغة والثقافة إلى العلوم وصناعة المستقبل
أعمل مع المؤسسات في علاقة تشاركية، لا أحمل إليها حلولًا جاهزة، بل نبحث معًا عن الأسئلة الجوهرية وأجوبتها، وعمّا نطمح أن نقدّمه. ومن هذا البحث المشترك تولد أطر وبرامج وتجارب تجعل هذه المعرفة حاضرة في الفصول الدراسية والمجتمعات، وفي وعي الأطفال والأجيال الشابة بهويتهم وانتمائهم
يستند هذا العمل إلى بحثي المستمر في معهد إدنبرة للمستقبليات بجامعة إدنبرة، وإلى تجربتي اليومية أمًّا تتعلّم مع أطفالها.

Cultural & Education Consultancy
My work rests on a firm conviction that Emirati knowledge, the Arabic language and inherited values are not heritage to be kept in museums, but living resources for building a meaningful future. This conviction begins in childhood, for a child who learns in their own language and sees themselves in the stories of their land grows up able to think with that knowledge and contribute to every sphere of life, from culture to science.
I partner with institutions in shared inquiry, not ready-made solutions, to keep this knowledge present in how young people engage with this knowledge, not just learn about it.
This work draws on my research at the Edinburgh Futures Institute and on my experience as a mother learning alongside my children.

الإنسان هو البذرة — حين تُسقى وتجد بيئتها الصحية، تنمو وتمتد

الأسرة
الأسرة هي الجذع والأفرع التي تشتد حول تلك البذرة. هي أول عالم يسكنه الإنسان، وأعمق ما يترك فيه أثراً
فيها نتعلم ما هي القيم وكيف تُمارَس. وما هي العلاقات وجمالها. وما معنى التحدي حين يُواجَه بقيم واحدة، وما معنى التكاتف حين يصب في مصلحة المجموعة. الأسرة هي المنزل الأول ومصنع المجتمعات
The Family
The family is the first home. And the place where societies are made. It is where we learn what values are and where we discover the beauty and the weight of human relationships. Where we learn what it means to face difficulty together, guided by the same principles and what solidarity truly means when it serves something greater than the self.
المجتمع
ما بدأ في إنسان واحد، ونما في أسرة، يبلغ غايته الأوسع في تقاطعات المجتمع
ما يحمله الفرد في داخله، وما تُورِّثه الأسرة، يُشكّل في نهاية المطاف المؤسسات والفصول الدراسية والأطر الثقافية التي يقوم عليها المجتمع
The Individual
Real change has a starting point. I believe that starting point is always the individual.
Not the institution. Not the system.
The individual is not one part of this work. They are the heart of it.
